To act as a liaison body with the local authority on matters concerning the well-being of the area.
To act as watchdog and lobby to ensure good, clean, transparent and accountable governance.
To act as the co-ordinating body for the Greater Vaal Marina area without precluding the right of any member to lobby for the particular interest of such member.
